This is a gravity official headgear with a custom quest. It gives these bonuses:
STR + 1, DEX + 1, MDEF + 5.
If user has 120 base STR, ATK + 10, CRI + 3.

But it is only equip-able by the Mechanic class. Not any class that comes before Mechanic.

You'll need the following items:

• 25 Baby Leopard Cards (Item ID# 4233)
• 25 Raggler Cards (Item ID# 4186)
• 25 Zipper Bear Cards (Item ID# 4281)
• 25 Myst Case Cards (Item ID# 4206)
• 25 Hylozoist Cards (Item ID# 4321)

Take the list to Ceros, where is located at mystic_shop 106 210 and he's pictured below. Same NPC but different area, I promise.
